Call.
A new federal law bans Delta 8 and most hemp THC gummies starting December 11, 2026. We have a limited supply left. If you need anything, send us a message and we'll get you going before we're completely shut down.
The feds are pulling the plug.
In November 2025, Congress rewrote the federal definition of hemp inside the bill that ended the government shutdown. It closes the "hemp loophole" that has made Delta 8 and hemp THC gummies legal since the 2018 Farm Bill.
Under the new rules, Delta 8 and any hemp product with more than 0.4mg of total THC per container fall outside the definition of hemp. That covers our D8 and D9 gummies.
Unless the feds change course, we won't be able to sell or ship any of it after December 11, 2026.
Hemp rewrite signed into law with a one-year runway.
Congress pushes most of the ban back one month, from Nov 12 to Dec 11.
The ban takes effect. No more sales or shipping.
We're watching Washington.
We're monitoring legislation very carefully. Bills to delay or replace the ban are still out there, and the moment we hear something positive, we'll let you know.
If we get the green light again from the government, we'll throw a grand reopening sale and get everybody stocked up.
